Internal Database Training: Schedule

Want to learn more about our databases? Join the monthly series of internal cross-training meetings to peer-share tips and features for searching specific research databases at Forsyth. 

The goal of this series is to:
- strengthen our individual knowledge about the databases
- increase awareness and use of some of the smaller or less commonly used databases
- to improve quality and consistency of reference transactions

Recordings will be posted along with references to any relevant vendor tutorials or resources

• Starting in August 2021, we will informally open these trainings up to faculty in the respective disciplines as a way for liaisons to reach out and invite them to learn more about a particular resource. Faculty are welcome to join but we'll continue to schedule meetings to prioritize our internal database training. Sessions will not be promoted via Tiger Daily or other mass promotion since that's not the intention of these sessions.
