By default, address bar URLs in Ebscohost databases look something like this:
See the sessmgr bit in the link? That tells you that this link is specific to your search session. It will not work later.
But, on the right side of the page, you'll see a button that looks like this:
When you click that button, you'll get a much shorter, tidier link that looks like this:
This permalink will work later. You'll also notice that the Ebscohost databases add the proxy prefix automatically, so this link is ready to use!
When you're looking at the details page for a periodical (such as a journal, magazine, or newspaper) in one of the Ebscohost databases, you'll see a Share button on the right side of the page that looks like this:
If you click on the share button, you'll get a pop-up menu that includes the permalink. Here's the menu:
