Who can submit and when?

• Submissions are open to all FHSU Students, Faculty and Staff.
• Submissions open on February 17, 2025.
• Submissions are due by 4:30 p.m. CDT on April 1, 2025.

Please read through all instructions before beginning the submission process.

What can I submit to SACAD?

• Academic Posters
  • Must have a title, abstract, and a PDF file saved to 23” X 35” dimensions. Use of provided templates is strongly encouraged.
  • Must be submitted through the FHSU Scholars Repository.
• Music Posters
  • Must have a QR code linking to the webpage with the performance. Use of provided templates is strongly encouraged.
  • Must be submitted through the FHSU Scholars Repository.
• Art and Creative Works
  • Must have a title, artist's statement, and a minimum 300 dpi .jpeg image of the work. 
  • Must be submitted through the FHSU Scholars Repository.
• Live Performances
  • Email Adelita Shepard to submit a live performance.
• Book Exhibitions
  • Email Dr. April Terry to submit a book exhibition.
• Applied Industrial Technology Projects
  • Email Mr. Eric Deneault to submit an applied industrial technology project.
