Not everyone knows this but if you live in the State of Kansas, you can get a State Library Card for free to access databases, and download digital materials such as e-books and audiobooks and our online databases. Anyone physically in the state has access to State Library Resources such as language learning programs, genealogy databases and other sites for research and skill building.
Digital resources can be accessed to Missouri residents through the State Library of Missouri with a State Library Card . In order to receive a card, residents must apply in person with a Missouri state-issued ID to the State Library, or apply online if they are an employee with the State of Missouri.
The State Library of Colorado is part of the Colorado Department of Education which provides various resources to educators, librarians, and members of its communities. While it does not seem to have it's own state library card like Kansas and Missouri, there are various tabs that provide resources to assist with education, career development, and online learning.
